3. Payment Security

• RS Sakhiya Diamond does not store your payment details.

 4. Order Confirmation

• Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
  
• A confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message will be sent with your order details.

 

 5. EMI & Financing

• India: No Cost EMI and standard EMI options are available on eligible credit cards.
  
• International: EMI and financing may be available through your own financial institution or card provider. Please check directly with them.

 

6. Failed or Delayed Transactions

• If your payment fails or times out, and the amount is debited, it will be refunded automatically within 5–7 business days.
  
• International refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

 

 7. Fraud Prevention

• To prevent fraud, we may request additional identification or billing verification, especially for high-value international orders.
  
• RS Sakhiya Diamond reserves the right to cancel or put on hold any order that appears suspicious or unverifiable.
