What are lab-grown diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds made in controlled conditions, usually by CVD (chemical vapour deposition). They are chemically, physically and optically the same as mined diamonds and are graded on the same 4Cs: carat, colour, clarity and cut.
Do you also supply natural diamonds?
Yes. We manufacture and trade both natural and lab-grown diamonds. Natural stones are available GIA, IGI or HRD certified, non-certified and in parcels. The live inventory on this site shows lab-grown stock. For natural stock, email us and we'll send the latest list.
How long has R S Sakhiya Diamond been in business?
Over 15 years. We manufacture and trade natural and lab-grown diamonds from Surat, with an office at Bharat Diamond Bourse, Mumbai.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. Our certified stones are graded by GIA, IGI or HRD. Each listing shows the lab and certificate number, and many have a 360° video so you can see the stone before you enquire. We also supply non-certified goods.
What sizes and shapes do you supply?
All shapes, sizes and colours, from 0.0008 ct melee up to 20 ct+ single stones: round, oval, pear, emerald, cushion, radiant, princess, marquise, heart and fancy colours. We also supply lab-grown coloured gemstones and can cut custom mm sizes.
Do you sell melee and parcels?
Yes. Calibrated melee and mixed or matched parcels, natural and lab-grown, certified and non-certified, for jewellery manufacturing.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No fixed minimum. We work with buyers of all sizes and small first orders are fine. Many buyers start with a sample order to check quality.
What are your payment terms?
Advance payment by bank wire. For regular or bigger orders, we can talk about volume pricing.
How do I get trade access to the inventory?
Open the Inventory page and send the trade-access form with your name, company and email. Once we approve your account, we email you a password to browse live stock and enquire on any stone.
How is pricing shown?
Prices are shared per stone after login or when you enquire, since they move with the market. Hit Enquire on any stone and we'll send price and availability.
What is the difference between CVD and HPHT lab-grown diamonds?
Both are real lab-grown diamonds, just grown differently. CVD builds the crystal layer by layer from carbon gas. HPHT uses high pressure and heat, like the earth does. Both are graded on the same 4Cs. If you need one type specifically, tell us and we'll check stock.
How can I tell a lab-grown diamond from a natural one?
You can't tell by eye. The lab report clearly says if a stone is lab-grown, and certified lab-grown stones usually have the report number laser-inscribed on the girdle. Labs use special machines to confirm it.
Can I see photos or videos before buying?
Yes. Many stones in the inventory have 360° videos, and we can send more photos, videos or certificate copies for any stone or parcel.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to trade buyers in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, UAE, Australia, Israel, Brazil and more, insured and with full paperwork: invoice, certificates and the right customs declaration for natural or lab-grown goods.
Do you make custom jewellery?
Yes. Rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets and bands made to your design with lab-grown or natural diamonds. Send a sketch or photo, approve the 3D design, and we make, certify and ship it. Start a custom order.
